Garnishing Class - 6/28/08 from 9am - 12 pm INSTRUCTOR: Charles Craig. Fee is ALL-INCLUSIVE. This hands on class covers the art of melon balling, vegetable tray assembly and other preparations for your home entertaining. Additionally, students will learn how to cut an attractive cantaloupe and the instructor will demo a large melon fruit carving centerpiece. REGISTRATION DEALINE: 6/21/08.

Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis, up to one week prior to class. Class fees must be paid at that time. Refunds are ONLY given if class is cancelled or you give us 72 hour notice.
