Irish Ale Wyeast - Dry Stouts, Milk Stouts, Oatmeal Stouts and Porters. This yeast ferments extremely well in dark roast worts. Beers fermented in the lower temperature range produce dry and crisp beers to fruity beers with nice complexity and upper range. Alcohol tolerance 10 to 11%. Temperature ferment 62 to 72 F.
