Amerfond is used for cherry cordials. This product can be added to the cherry juice (from straining) and made into a paste. Then add the mixture to the cherry cordial mold (after painted with chocolate), drop in a cherry. Seal with chocolate. Mixture will become clear in 12-48 hours, like the pros!
