Brew 101 - Beg thru Int Beer Making. INSTRUCTOR: Richard Pidgeon. Class fee is ALL-INCLUSIVE. The Instructor's demonstrations and hands-on excerises prepare students to brew and bottle beer at home. Brewing equipment, malt extracts, specialty grains, hops, yeasts, additives, sanitizing, fermentation, measuring alcohol %, bottling and record keeping are explained and demonstrated in class. Students receive a discount on supplies the day of class. SATURDAY 6/2/12. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis (up to one week prior to class, if space is available). Refunds are ONLY given if class is cancelled or you give us 72 hour notice. Sorry, there are NO make-up lessons for ANY reason.
