CLASS DESCRIPTION: In this demonstration, the instructor will teach students the basics of cheese making including equipment, cultures, ingredients, procedure and more. Along with some hands-on exercises and lecture, fresh cheese will be completed and tasted. If you wish to purchase any of the supplies used in class, we offer a 10% student discount off the original prices on the class date only. The instructor also brings her Fresh from the Farm goods to sell, too. (Jams, Pickles, Jellies, Eggs, Honey and so much more)

CLASS DATES & TIMES: Tuesday, 3/27/18 from 6-9pm (arrive by 5:45pm)
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR HANDS-ON CLASSES. If you do not pre-register, we will not have supplies available for you. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. ONE WEEK NOTICE IS REQUIRED for a refund, exchange, cancellation or transfer to another class. Sorry, there are no make-up lessons or observers/"tag-alongs" in the classroom FOR ANY REASON. If the class has not met the required minimum at the one week prior mark, class will be re-scheduled or cancelled, at the instructor's discretion. We know that emergencies can come up unexpectedly, but we hope that you also understand that each instructor has to prepare your additional supplies and lesson plans weeks in advance. We also have a required minimum number of students that the instructor sets, in order for the class to commence. Because instructors are paid at the end of the scheduled class, these registrations are non-transferrable.
