He was introduced to the art of cake decorating by his Grandfather, whom also introduced Steven to AnnaBelle in 1992. Thus began his relationship with the Wine and Cake Hobbies family.

Began in the Culinary Arts Industry in Hampton Roads, VA

Degree: Associates of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America

Studied intensely with Internationally acclaimed cake artist Betty VanNorstrand and Pastry Chef Patty Mitchell

1st Place Ribbon winner of Societe Culinaire Philanthropique de New York 2006 & 2008

Gold Medal Winner of Vatel Club of France 2006
