If we made an error or there was damage in your shipment:

  • Contact us within 5 days of recepit of the order or sooner via email (mail@wineandcake.com)or phone 757.857.0245 ext 23
  •  In the case of damage, DO NOT destroy merchandise or original shipping carton and packing material.
Items you want to return (not our error or damage):
  • Please contact us at the above email or phone number to obtain an authorization for return.
  • Item(s) should be returned within 10 business days. Items returned over the alloted time are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
  • All items must be in original packaging with price tags intact.
  • Once items are received here at our location, we will take care of your refund/exchange.
  • Sorry. we cannot refund any shipping on orders that we are not at fault.
  • Please reference your order number along with the item and your reason for your return.

  • SEASONAL items (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Halloween, etc. - at our discretion)
  • SPECIAL or CUSTOM MADE Orders

REFUNDS:

  • ALL Refunds must be made within 30 days of original purchase date, with the original receipt & requires a Valid Government Issued ID.
  • Refunds given AFTER 30 days will incur a 10% re-stock fee.
  • Refunds are issued with the same method of original receipt payment
  • Class registration fees are only refundable up to one week prior to scheduled class date and non-transferable
  • Rental cancellations require a one week notice for refund
  • Price tag MUST be intact on product and original packaging
  • Product must be in original “NEW” condition

EXCHANGES:

  • Items without a receipt can be exchanged, if the price tag is intact and exchanged for equal value
  • Exchanges are not accepted on the “items that are not returnable for any reason” list

CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

ALL CLASSES: PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis  (up to one week prior to class, if space is available).  ONE WEEK NOTICE IS REQUIRED for a refund, exchange, cancellation or transfer to another class.  Sorry, there are no make-up lessons available and no 'observers' permitted in the classroom. Most hands-on classes require additional supplies. The supplies can vary depending on what you may already own. Supplies are listed on each online class that is accepting registrations. You are responsible for purchasing supplies prior to class. By purchasing/registering for a class online, you agree to the terms.
