If we made an error or there was damage in your shipment, please contact us within 5 days of recepit of the order or sooner. If you decide you still want to return an item (acceptable items listed below), they should be returned within 10 business days. All items must be in original packaging with price tags intact. Items returned over the alloted time are subject to a 10% restocking charge (unless we made the error) In case of damage, DO NOT destroy merchandise or original shipping carton and packing material.

NOTE: The following items are NOT returnable, for any reason - Any edible items, any special order or custom cut or custom made items, cake boxes & boards, or any other non-packaged items (directly exposed) which will come into contact with food or edible products. Sale or seasonal items are NOT returnable.
