BY CHECKING THIS BOX, I HAVE READ & AGREE:

If I miss class (for ANY reason) I forfeit my class fee. I will give at least one week notice to cancel. If class is delayed or cancelled, I qualify to receive a refund or transfer.

I will arrive 15 minutes prior to class for required CDC check-in, including a temperature check. I will not attend if I have any symptoms within 48 hours of class & forfeit my class fee.

I will WEAR a MASK that ALWAYS covers the mouth and nose while I am inside the building premises. I cannot bring an “observer” or tag-along. I will not bring a child or baby, to sit on my lap.

NOTE: Pictures shown for each class may not be exact designs learned in class. Designs are generally chosen in coordination with current seasons & holidays. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED; LIMITED SEATS TO ACCOMMODATE DISTANCING; TEMP CHECKS AND MASKS REQUIRED. Mar 13 (10am-12pm) Learn hands-on how to make creative cupcakes using techniques with buttercream icing and modelling chocolate. We will furnish ALL supplies, including cupcakes. (Minimum age to attend is 14). **Some classes may run a smidge shorter or longer, depending on how quickly each student body moves along**
