I will arrive 15 minutes prior to class for required CDC check-in, including a temperature check. I will not attend if I have any symptoms within 48 hours of class & forfeit my class fee.

I will WEAR a MASK that ALWAYS covers the mouth and nose while I am inside the building premises. I cannot bring an “observer” or tag-along. I will not bring a child or baby, to sit on my lap.
