CLASS DESCRIPTION: (AGES 14 to adult) Carve this fashionably popular handbag shaped cake in class. Afterwards, students will learn how to cover the shaped cake with rolled fondant and finish with edible embellishments. Bring either TWO pre-baked 9x13x2 or ONE 11x15x2 pound cake(s)(plain & cold from fridge), a 12" cake box to transport finished cake home. We furnish ALL other supplies: bench equipment, turntable, fondant tools, fondant, etc. DATE: Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 12pm to 3pm. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 1/25/20.
