5-15-21 Creating Cake Tiers Class

NOTE: Pictures shown for each class may not be exact designs learned in class. Designs are generally chosen in coordination with current seasons & holidays. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED; LIMITED SEATS TO ACCOMMODATE DISTANCING; TEMP CHECKS AND MASKS REQUIRED. May 15 (1pm-4pm) Students will learn how to successfully structure a 3-tier cake with a proper support system. Learn techniques on stacking cakes, using pillars, dowels & how to properly transport a tiered cake. (Minimum age to attend is 14). **Some classes may run a smidge shorter or longer, depending on how quickly each student body moves along** BRING: ALL of the following ROUND pre-baked and BUTTERCREAM ICED cakes - one 4"x4" one 6"x6" one 8"x8" (each cake 2" high, baked twice for double layer). Each brought in a tray (we furnish box for tiered cake) + optional apron.
