English IPA 5 Gallon All Grain Recipe

A clean and drinkable IPA that's packed with flavor. A bold balance, but not overly exuberant. Challenger hops contribute the piney aroma, while Kent Goldings bring the taste of stone fruits and firm bitterness from IPA's ancestral British home. OG 1.070 - FG 1.015 - SRM 12.35 - IBU 49 - ABV 7.3% - Efficiency 75% - Attenuation 7.6%. Grain bill for this recipe is 13 lbs 4 oz.

PLEASE READ: Recipe Yields 5 Gallons. A few items may be listed in your recipe that you may already have at home (items such as Rice Hulls for grain filtration, Irish Moss for clarification, Dextrose for carbonation, etc.). These will be listed as optional add-ons. All grain is milled fresh when we pull your recipe. Hops will come in 1 oz Nitro sealed packs, we will include enough to cover your recipe (you may end up with extra, you can NEVER have too many hops!!). If your recipe calls for liquid yeast, it is included and will be kept under refrigeration until pick-up or shipment.
