The Stainless Steel Maximizer allows you to transfer liquid from below the level of the spigot. It increases the amount that you can get from your kettle by using a tube designed to sit near the bottom of the kettle. To use, thread the Maximizer into a 1/2" Female Pipe Thread fitting on the inside of your kettle. (2 1/2"L x 1/2"ID)
