Breakfast of Champs (Coffee Oatmeal Brown Ale) - Abundant with dark fruit, sweet cherries, lightly burnt bread crust, this brown ale finishes slightly dry and nutty with a pleasant coffee overtone. OG 1.082 - FG 1.019 - SRM 20 - IBU 25 - ABV 8.4% - Efficiency 72% - Attenuation 60.7%. The total grain bill is 16.5 LBS.

A few items may be listed in your recipe that you may already have at home (items such as Rice Hulls for grain filtration, Irish Moss for clarification, Dextrose for carbonation, etc.). These will be listed as optional add-ons. Some recipes may call for fruits, which you provide as noted. Recipes calling for honey will include the honey. All grain is milled fresh when we pull your recipe. Hops will come in 1 oz Nitro sealed packs, we will include enough to cover your recipe (you may end up with extra, you can NEVER have too many hops!!). If your recipe calls for liquid yeast, it is included and will be kept under refrigeration until pick-up or shipment. Any items included that are out of stock, we will offer a substitute before processing your order.
