Accelerates the breakdown of barley and malt beta-glucans. Especially useful when malt quality may be variable, under-modified or when barley is used as an adjunct. Can be added during mashing or fermentation. Can assist in solving a wide range of problems: reduces wort viscosity, improves solid/liquid separation and filtrations. Usage: 2g to 3g per 5 gallons.
