FERMFAST© 24 HOUR TURBO DISTILLERS - Aroma & Flavor: Neutral. Temp Range: 24-hr method: pitch below 90°F ferment air temp 68° - 90°F | for more ABV %: pitch below 84° ferment air temp 60° - 65°F and allow more than 24-hrs. Alcohol Tolerance: 24-hr method: 14% ABV | more than 24 hrs: over 14% ABV (optimum conditions will vary ABV). Other: Fast acting and very versatile; A mix of dried yeast, nutrient, vitamins, and trace minerals designed to achieve a complete fermentation of sugar/water washes all the way up to 28 PROOF (24-hrs with optimum conditions); violent fermentation, do not use airlock for first few days, use blow off. Directions: Prepare 5.5 gallons (21L) of hot water in a 7.9 gallon (30L) fermenter. Add 13 lbs. (6kg) of sugar and stir. Ensure sugar is fully dissolved before proceeding. When the sugar solution is 95ºF (35°C) or below add the 24 Hour Turbo Yeast sachet contents and stir well. Secure lid firmly onto fermenter, attach airlock and leave to ferment at a temperature between 68-86ºF (20-30°C) for 24 hours.
