Alpine Soy Flex Vegetable Shortening contains no tropical oils and has the benefits of a soybean shortening with cottenseed oils. This shortening has characteristics usable over a wide temperature range which creates creamier and higher volume icings. Great for high volume, creamy icings, cream filling, and buttercreme icings. Also great for brilliant, white icings. This product has zero trans fats.
