Our NEW Ginger Super-Strength Flavor is an affordable alternative to our pure, natural Ginger essential oil. Our new ginger will impart a mildly spicy, lightly sweet, lemony aroma and flavor to hard candy, gummies, and more. Ginger’s honeyed-spice with a peppery bite makes it exceptional in both sweet and savory recipes. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening.
