1/2 lb Fudge Tray Insert 2 cavity

These Trays fit the 1/2 lb. 1 layer, 1 lb. 2 layer 2 piece and the 1 1/2 lb. 1 piece boxes. The tray has 2 cavities. Size of the cavities are 2.8125" x 3.6875". You can also cut the tray in half to fit the 1071 series boxes. For fudge applications, plastic material is heat stable to 175° F. Trays are made with heavier material. Approximate 16 oz. fudge capacity, 6 oz. other capacity. Perfect for fudge (pour directly in), bark or flat mini molds. FDA compliant for direct food contact.
