Crème De Menthe is a refreshing, soft Mint flavor that pairs especially well with chocolate.
This flavor will cause some thickening in chocolates and coatings; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth. (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound). A better choice for use in chocolates and coatings is our Natural Cool Creme de Menthe Flavor.
