Plain wafer paper (rice paper). Tasteless paper you can cut with scissors and eat. You can write on it with icing, gels, food writers or airbrush. When using in between cake layers, (helps prevent icing from sticking to cardboards when cakes are stacked) make sure "bumpy" side is face down, as to create an air pocket.
Great for rice paper flowers, too.
